With real estate experience since 1986, Patrick Crawford has built an extensive career in Raleigh‘s residential real estate market.  He began his career as a Sales Agent, where he quickly developed a reputation for top-notch client service and satisfaction.  With a personal philosophy that places the consumer’s needs above all else, he is a firm believer that knowledge enables consumers to make good, solid decisions when it comes to their real estate transactions.  His personal goal of becoming the best knowledge resource for his clients has proven highly beneficial to his clients over the years.  
His real estate career brought him to Realty Executives in 1993, at which time he found a company with the same priorities for serving their clients with the utmost integrity and respect.  He successfully grew his office to the 7th in market position in the Triangle, and after several years of Broker Management, was appointed Realty Executive’s Vice President of Franchise Development.  With responsibility for six offices, including ones in Georgia and Florida, Patrick also oversees new franchise development and training of new offices.
A Member of the National Association of REALTORS since 1986, Patrick is a long-time member of the Professional Standards Committee, which is responsible for promoting and maintaining high standards of conduct in the real estate profession as expressed by the Code of Ethics & Standard Practices.  Serving on the mediation hearing panel since 1995, Patrick is well known and well respected as an integral part of the Realtor community.
In his personal life, Patrick enjoys passing on the business philosophies he has learned to his son, Chadwick.  As father and mentor, he has worked with Chadwick to open his own successful vending machine business, which now operates in several locations throughout Wake County.   Patrick’s level of ambition extends to his other personal interest, Country Dancing.  He has danced the two step and swing as part of the #1 National Country Dancing Team and traveled to competitions near and far. 
When he is not dancing, he has also found time to lend his expertise as a corporate real estate consultant and training expert.  Through his company PowerMarketing, he gives seminars company-wide for other Realty Executives locations to learn how to achieve similar levels of success.  He also assists numerous independent Brokers in several states through his consulting services.
Throughout his multi-faceted career however, Patrick has always remembered one thing; that the needs of the clients are paramount above all else, and it is this early learned lesson that Patrick attributes his success to.  With happy clients, all else will follow.
