Rental Application Process

1. Download Rental Application (click here)

2. Bring completed application and $50 per person application fee to property showing
     or hand deliver or mail to Patrick Crawford’s office at:

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

3. Allow approximately 48 hours for processing.

4. If application is approved, applicant(s) must immediately sign a lease and pay 
     amount equal to 2 months rent

5. Some properties allow pets. A $350 non-refundable pet fee and $25.00 per month 
     per pet is required. Pets must be named on lease application and include picture of pet.
